     Top Sirloin Steak Oven

Start with a Prime Cut of USDA Top Sirloin Steak Generously add- Minced Onion (to taste) Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Blend seasoning McCormick's California Style Coarse Ground Garlic Powder with Parsley Place on a cookie cooling rack on top of a cookie sheet. Place in preheated 375 degree oven for about 15 minutes (or longer if you like it well done). While the steak is cooking, melt 1/4 cup of REAL butter in a pan (I use Cast Iron). Add- 2 small chopped onions. Saute until they begin to look transparent. Then add- 1 pound of sliced mushrooms. Continue to sauté until onions are done and Mushrooms are cooked but not mushy.
To Serve- Place steak on a plate. Cover with the sautéed onions and mushrooms. Serve with a side of veggies such as Green Beans. And don't forget the Steak Sauce. You can serve with Wild Rice.
