Shrimp Salad
1 pound of cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup mayonnaise (try greek yogurt, or half of each)
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper (I used red and yellow)
2 t. Old Bay Seasoning
2 t. fresh lemon juice
1/4 t. Worcestershire sauce
Cut shrimp into bite size portions. Mix all ingredients. Chill for at least 1 hour.
Can Serve on a bed of lettuce or in a wrap or just with Ritz Crackers.
