     Stuffed Cabbage

Ingredients
5lbs of hamburger
1 large head of cabbage
3lbs of tomato soup
2 cups cooked rice
salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
First Boil your head of cabbage for like 20 minutes after it comes to a boil. Shut off and let sit in boiling water for about an hour. Than set your cabbage in a colander until it is cool enough to peel the leaves.
Make your rice and than set in fridge to cool. When the rice is cool you can mix it with your hamburger and salt and pepper to taste. Make your balls of meat according to the size of your cabbage leaves. After you wrap all your meat cover completely in Campbells tomato soup. Cook at 350 for at least 2 hours.
