Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and soft butter in a bowl; mix until well blended. Layer 1/3 of mixture on bottom of crust. In a separate bowl, combine apple filling and pecans; pour into crust. Top the apples with the remaining oat and flour mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the topping is crunchy and brown. Serve warm or at room temperature with vanilla ice cream.
