3 tbsp vegetable oil

2 cloves of garlic

1 pepper diced

1 celery stalk

1 onion chopped

1/2 lb small mushroom

1 tbsp chili powder

1/2 tsp paprika and cocoa powder

1/2 salt

1 can (19 oz) tomatoes
|
|
1 can (19 oz) red kidney beans
|
|
1 lb of boneless, skinless chicken cut in small pieces

pinch black pepper and hot pepper flakes

Instructions |

|
In large pan cook vegetables for 5 minutes in 2 tbsp of oil, set aside. Add 1 tbsp of oil to a pot brown chicken on high heat for 5 min.

Add vegetable mixture, reduce heat, and add seasonings. Cook 5 minutes.
|
|
|
Add tomatoes and beans, cover, heat for 15 minutes. Uncover and let simmer for 15 minutes.
