     Oven Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 Large cauliflower - cut/broken into 1 1/2 inch florets
1/4 Cup extra virgin olive oil
1 Tablespoon sliced garlic
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. pepper (white pepper if you have it)
2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan
Chopped chives for garnish
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 500 degrees
Place the cauliflower florets in a large roasting and drizzle the olive oil over them. Season with the garlic,lemon juice and salt and pepper. Place the pan in the oven , stirring occasionally to ensure even roasting. Remove when done (a little firm) and sprinkle with Parmesan and garnish with chopped chives. Serve immediately.
