     Slow cook chicken tacos- Clean eating

Ingredients
4 chicken breast
1 can of low sodium chicken broth
2 tbsp of ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
 

Instructions
Mix together all the spices with the chicken broth in the slow cooker. Line up the chicken in a row and make sure that they are coated with the liquid. Throw the lid on and cook on low for 6.5-7 hours. When timer is up shred chicken with a fork and let simmer in sauce mixture. Enjoy in a low fat/low carb tortilla with black beans.
I make this a lot because I can easily scoop mixture into tupperware and leave in kitchen and grab one out a day and heat it up and eat it! super easy and simple, tasty but healthy!
