Preparation:
Mince garlic
Cut chicken in to small strips
Cut water chestnuts into strips
Prepare some egg-wash
Pre-heat oven to 350
Heat pan/wok with oil and garlic. Add chicken.
When the chicken is just about done, add the water chestnuts, broccoli slaw and soy sauce. Mix everything around.
Stuff wrappers with filling and lay them on a cooking sheet. Brush rolls with egg wash and bake for 15-20 mins.
