Sift together flour, soda and salt....set aside. Cream together
butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Add eggs, one at
a time...beating well after each one.
Add dry ingredients, mix well. Stir. In chips and nuts. Spread
into a greased jelly pan and bake @ 375 for 20 min.
