     Shredded potatoes au gratin

Ingredients
4 cups shredded hash brown potatoes
2 cups whipping cream
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
1/4 cup green onions
1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Oil 4 -1 cup ramekins. Combine. Hash browns, cream,1 1/4 cheese, onions, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Spoon potato mix into baking dishes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 35 - 45 min.
