     Broccoli- Cauliflower Tetrazzini

Ingredients
8 oz fettuccine, broken ( or spaghetti
1-16oz frozen veggies
2 Tab butter
3 Tab flour
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Mushroom, sliced
2 Tab parmesan cheese
 

Instructions
Preheat oven 400 and lightly oil baking dish, set aside. Cook pasta according to pkg and drain. Cook veg according to pkg and drain.
Cheese sauce- in med saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour, slowly add milk. Cook and stir then remove from heat. Stir in the 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
In lg bowl toss pasta with 1/2 cup cheese sauce. Spread pasta evenly in dish. Top with veg. Pour remaining cheese sauce over. Top with parm cheese. Bake uncover, about 15 min.
