Preheat 375 grease baking sheet.
Warm oil in lg skillet over med heat. Add celery and onion and
cook. Add garlic and saute.
Pour beans into a large bowl and use fork or masher into
paste. Scrape. Veg from skillet into bowl. Stir in egg, cumin,
and crumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Form 4 patties,
place on baking sheet and bake for 10 min.
