1 large onion, diced

3 cloves garlic

26 oz can plum tomatoes

23 oz jar tomato sauce

18 oz can kidney beans

3.7 oz can black beans

3 tbsp hot chili sauce
|
|
1 tsp paprika

|

2 tsp cumin
|
|
2 tsp chili powder
|

1 tsp cayenne
|

1 tsp salt

Instructions |

|
Saute onions and garlic briefly. Add ground meat and fry until cooked.

Add plum tomatoes, sauce, and beans. Stir until blended. Add all spices and stir until blended.

Reduce heat and simmer for 1.5-2 hours.
