     BEV'S NO ROLL PIE CRUST

Ingredients
2 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2/3. c. oil
3 Tbs. milk
 

Instructions
Mix with a fork until flour is completely dampened. Reserve 1/3 of dough to crumble over fruit filling for pie crust. Press remaining dough with finger tips to line bottom and sides of pan evenly. Crimp edges. Crumble reserved dough in small pieces over filling. Bake as usual for fruit pies. This is good for apple pie.
