      JUDY'S CRISCO PIE CRUST

Ingredients
1 1/3 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Crisco
3 Tbs. water
 

Instructions
Heat over to 425 degrees. Sift flour before measuring. Make sure it is level when measuring. Combine flour and salt in bowl. Cut with pastry knife. Sprinkle with water a tablespoon at a time. Toss with fork. Work in a ball. Roll out 1 1/2 inches larger than pie pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
