      GRANDPA SCHMEIDLER'S BARBECUE BEEF

1 - lean roast
1 bottle barbecue sauce
 
Instructions
Place roast in crock pot and cook on low for 10-12 hours. Remove and cool. Shred and add 1 bottle barbecue sauce. Serve warm over buns.
