1 (15 1/2 ounces) can black beans, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon water
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until softened. Stir in garlic and jalapeno and cook for 1 minute. Place beans in food processor. Add onion mixture and remaining ingredients, and process until smooth.
