     JACQUIE’S CROCK POT BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Ingredients
6 eggs, beaten
1 ½ lb. sausage, browned and drained
1 ½ c. milk
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
8 slices bread, torn into pieces
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. dry mustard
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
 

Instructions
Mix together all ingredients except mozzarella cheese. Pour into Pam sprayed slow cooker. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Cover and cook 2 hours on high and then 1 hour on low.
