     Rhubarb strawberry cake or muffins

Ingredients
2 1/2 cup rhubarb, sprinkle a small amount of flour on the chopped rhubarb
1/4 cup chopped strawberries
2 cups flour
1-1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sour cream
 
topping
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions
Sift the flour, sugar and baking soda together into one bowl. In a seperate bowl beat the eggs and the sour cream. Add the dry ingredients and the rhubarb and stawberries to the wet ingredients. The batter will be very heavy
Pour into a greased 9x13 pan, or into line muffin tins with muffin liners. Sprinkle top with brown sugar topping.
Bake 350 degree for 45 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out dry.
