     Home Made Fudge

Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
500gram best quality dark, milk or whiate chocolate
300 ml can condensed milk.
nuts, marshmellows, carmel for top, salt flakes (anything to change the flavor)

Instructions
Line the bottom sides of an 8x8 inch pan wtih 2 large overlapping pieces of plastic wrap. Let the wrap hang over the edges
Combine the chocolate and milk in a large microwafe bowl or melt in a double broiler. I prefer using a double broiler. Stir until most choclate is melted. Remove from heat and continue stirring until the remaining chocolate has melted. If desired add marshmellows, nuts such as almonds, mint flavoring.
Pour into lined pan scraping the sides of the bowl to remove all of the mixture. Fold overlapping ends of plastic wrap over the fudge to completly cover. If using salt for sweet and salty add a few salt flakes before wrapping. Refridgerate at least 2 hours or over night.
If topping with carmel melt carmel and drizzle over chocolate, top with salt flakes.
