     Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
Pork Tenderloin (1lb)
BUTTER PASTE MIXTURE
1 stick butter (softened)
1 tsp. Garlic (minced)
1 tsp. Rosemary
1 tsp. Thyme
Salt
Pepper
 
Paprika

Instructions
Heat oven to 500F degrees.
Put all butter paste mixture into Cuisinart and blend together to create a paste. Slather paste all over pork tenderloin and place in baking dish.
Cook for EXACTLY 5 1/2 minutes per pound. (If cooking 2 tenderloins, base time on total weight.) Then turn off oven.
DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN FOR AN HOUR. DO NOT PEAK, THIS IS KEY!! Roast temperature should read 160 degrees.
Serving Suggestions
Potatoes & Carrots (quartered) and mixed with butter mixture. Put in oven with the roast.
