1 can - 14 oz water packed artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped
2 tbls minced fresh basil
2 tbls olive oil
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
Cut baguette into 32 slices. Place on cooking sheet, spritz with olive oil, bake at 325 for 7 - 10 minutes until crisp. Cool on wire rack. In bowl, combine tomatoes, artichokes, basil, oil, seasoned salt and pepper. Spoon onto bread slices.
