Dressing
Reheat bacon grease-add about a tbl of red wine vinegar
a tablespoon of worshire sauce
1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of sugar
stir until blended
The amount of sugar depends on how much grease you have, if you only cook 6 pieces of bacon you wont need as much sugar, just keep tasting.
You might need more vingar or more worshire. Just keep stiring and tasting. Then pour over spinch toss , add all ingredients finish with cheeses and croutons. Enjoy
