Ingredients
1 lb mild Italian sausage
1 1/2 bottes Ragu Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
2 eggs
3 cups cottage cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 TB parsley flakes (optional)
1 tea salt
1/2 tea pepper
1 lb grated mozzarella cheese
 
10 oz Oven Ready lasagna noodles

Instructions
Brown sausage, drain, add spaghetti sauce. Simmer until warm (about 5 minutes)
Beat 2 eggs, add cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, & pepper.
Spread a small amount of spaghetti sauce (from amount remaining in jar) on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Layer half the noodles so that the bottom of the pan is covered but do not overlap noodles. Spread with 1/2 cheese mixture, then 1/3 of mozzarella, then 1/2 of meat sauce. Repeat layers. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes, uncovering for last 10 minutes to brown cheese on top. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with salad, corn, & garlic bread
