BANANA CREAM TORTE
Banana Cake Mix (Duncan Hines)
Make cake batter and add 1/2 c. chopped nuts. Bake in two round cake pans as directed on box. Put wax paper on bottom to remove easily. Split the two cakes into four layers.
Frosting-
1 Homestyle cream cheese frosting
1 12 oz. frozen cool whip (use a little more than half). Mix with frosting. Save enough to cover top. Add 1 chopped banana with rest of frosting and add nuts. Spread between layers and top with smooth frosting. Chop nuts very fine for top.
