Place chips in bowl and microwave 1-2 minutes or until melted.
Stir halfway through. Add milk and vanilla. Stir well. Add
chopped pecans. Mix well. Chill for 15-20 minutes until firm
enough to form log. Roll lightly in waxed paper to form log.
Mark log lengthwise with fork. Brush egg whites. Press
pecan halves into log to cover surface. Chill.
