Mix pudding and milk. Beat in cool whip. Place layer of crackers
(not crushed) in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Break or cut crackers to fit.
Pour 1/2 of pudding mix over crackers. Repeat crackers,
pudding, crackers etc.
Frosting-
Combine 1st four ingredients. Cook 1 minute. Add
butter and vanilla. Beat for a few minutes. Cool
slightly. Pour over crackers/pudding mix. Refrigerate.
