CHERRY CHEESE TARTS
16 oz. vanilla wafers
Beat on high speed for 5 minutes
2 pkgs. cream cheese 2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla
Put 1 wafer in each cupcake paper and pour
filling. (2/3 full) Use a muffin tin.
Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Let cool.
They will fall. Top with cherry pie filling. Remove
from paper before pie filling is used.
