     Stuffed Pork Chops

Ingredients
Thin cut pork chops (2 per person)
1 box instance dressing or leftover dressing
frozen peas and pearl onions
peeled potato
 

Instructions
Brown and season pork chops on both sides Make dressing according to direction Peel potato Arrange 1 pork Chop on a piece of large tin foil put a scope of dressing on it, top with other pork chop,put a scope of peas and onions,potato and a
tablespoon of butter on top of potato, salt and pepper. Wrap everything up tightly, put into oven and Bake at 350 for app 45 min its done when potato is soft. Remove from foil, put on plate--eat--no clean up--throw foil out--enjoy!

The thiner the pork chop the quicker it cooks, the fatter the pork chop the juicer
