Saute noodles and nuts in butter until brown (you will have more of the noodle/nut mixture than you need for 1 salad; put in the freezer and save for future use). Mix with 1/4 cup dressing and broccoli and allow to marinate for a few minutes. Toss with greens and additional dressing to taste.
Optional ingredients: sliced red bell pepper, almonds or cashews, mandarin oranges, edamame.
