Preheat oven 350 degrees. For Bottom Layer- Cream first 3 ingredients, stir in flour. Spread mixture in a 9x13 pan. Bake 10 minutes.

Top Layer- Beat eggs, Kahlua and brown sugar until fluffy. Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Blend into creamed mixture. Fold in nuts and coconut. Pour over baked Bottom Layer and bake for 20 minutes more.

Cool. Cut into bars. Decorate with icing if desired- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 3 Tblsp butter and 1 Tblsp Kahlua. Press through rosette tube down center of each bar.
