     Provencal beans and potatoes

Ingredients
8 oz fingerling potoatpes, quartered lenthwise
12 oz green beans trimmmed
2 tbso kalamata olive juice
1/4 cup pitted, chipped kalamatra olives
salt and black pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Cook potatoes in a large pot of oiling water until fork tender,4 -8 minutes. Transfer to a strainer to drain. Boil beans in same water until crisp tender, 5 minutes. Toss potatoes with olive juice and olives- let sit 10 minutes. Add beans and 3 tbsp reserved vinaigrette,then toss to coat and season with salt and pepper.
