Ingredients
1 cup Quinoa
3 cups Almond Milk (I used vanilla-unsweetened)
¼ cup Organic Maple Syrup
1 T Organic Cinnamon
1 cup fresh or organic frozen Raspberries
Banana (optional)
 

Instructions
• Place almond milk and quinoa in sauce pan and warm until it simmers, the continue to simmer for approximately 14 minutes. • Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon, maple syrup and raspberries. • When serving, you can add a drizzle of maple syrup, sprinkle of cinnamon and slice a small banana (all optional) • 4 Servings- 141 calories, 26 carbs & 5 grams protein.
