Brown the ground turkey. Stir in pizza sauce. Pull apart biscuits and fill bottom of 8x8 pan. Top with meat mixture. Spread a layer of pepperoni over the top. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes longer.
