Place rice noodles in a large bowl and cover with warm water. When
soft, cut up, drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Saute onion, garlic, and raw
chicken until cooked through. Stir in everything except noodles. Cook
until cabbage begins to soften.
Toss in noodles and cook until heated through, stirring consistently.
