     Coach Lee's Simpe Chicken

Ingredients
1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
Garic Powder to taste
3 tablespoon Splenda Brown Sugar
1 ea Whole Yellow Onion Diced
1 Shake - Seasoned Salt and Pepper
3 Whole Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into strips
 

Instructions
Combine in a frying pan- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, garlic powder to your liking(I use about 8 shakes), 3 Tbsp. Splenda brown sugar, diced yellow onion, and 1 shake of seasoned salt and pepper. Cook until they start to caramelize and set aside, covered.
In a separate frying pan- cook 3 whole boneless/skinless chicken breasts cut into strips. After the chicken is cooked, add the onions to the chicken and cover on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Serve with brown rice and veggies.
