1/2 Cup Heavy Cream

1 Tbl sugar
|

1 tsp vanilla

4 oz Sour Cream

6 oz mimi arshmallows, approximately 3 cups

1 cup Mandarin oranges
|
|
1 cup chopped pineapple
|
|
1 cup grated coconut
|
|
1/2 drained maraschino cherries
|

Instructions |
|
|
1. Place cream, sugar and vanilla into a bowl and
whip until stiff peaks are formed.
|
|
|
2. Add the sour cream and whisk to combine.
|
|
|
3. Add the marshmallows, oranges, pineapple,
coconut and cherries and stir to combine.
|
|
|
4. Transfer to a glass serving bowl, cover and place
in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
