Cream butter, then add sugar, creaming well.

Blend in eggs and vanilla. Beat well.

Add dry ingredients gradually, mixing thoroughly.
|

Press dough through star plate of cookie press onto ungreased cookie sheet, forming a
circle (don't leave hole in center of circle). Spoon 1/4 tsp. apricot filling/jam into center of
cookie.
Bake at 375 for 10-12 mins. until delicately browned.
