1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened

8 oz shredded parmesan cheese, about 2 cups

4 TBSP seeded and chopped fresh jalapenos

3 cups Panko breadcrumbs

Instructions |

|
Mix cream cheese, parmesan, jalapenos, and egg to
form a paste. Shape into balls using about 1/2
tablespoon paste for each one.

Roll the balls in Panko. Place on ungreased baking
sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until golden
brown.
