Cheese and Chili Tamales - 4 - cut in small pieces
1/2 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb Jack or Mex Mixed Cheese Shredded
1 can green chilies chopped
l large can Green chili enchilada sauce
9 x 13 baking pan greased
Bake 350 for 25 min or until cheese is bubbly
Instructions
Cook onion and garlic in small amount of oil or
butter just until soft. In large bowl mix tamales,
onions, garlic, canned chilies and enchilada sauce,
pour in baking pan. Cover with cheese bake 25 min or
until cheese is bubbly.
