     Cheese Ring

Ingredients
2 (8 oz) packages finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
1 - 1 1/2 cups pecans, finely chopped
A couple of dashes of red pepper
Several dashes of any good seasoning mix (seasoning salt)
Mayonnaise (about 1 cup or so)
1 medium size jar strawberry jelly
Wheat thins
 
Instructions
Mix cheese, pecans and green onions in a bowl. Add seasonings and mix again. Add enough mayonnaise to hold the mixture together and stir again.
Spray your mold with Pam cooking spray. Fill the mold with the mixture; press firmly.
Place in refrigerator overnight. Remove from fridge when ready to serve and us a small, soft spatula to loosen the edges of the mold. Flip the mold over onto your desired platter. Place the strawberry jelly on the platter around the base of the dip. Serve with Wheat Thins.
