Cook 1 pkg. chocolate pudding as directed on pkg. Cool. Stir in 1 pkg. of chocolate cake mix until well blended. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts or M & M's. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
