     Taco Soup

Ingredients
2 15 oz cans kidney beans
2 15 oz cans pinto beans
2 15.25 oz cans whole kernel corn
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 14.5 oz can tomatoes and chiles
1 packet taco seasoning
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 lb ground turkey or ground beef
Shredded cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips, etc for garnish
 

Instructions
Brown meat. Drain fat and add to slow cooker. Sprinkle the seasoning packets on top of the meat.
Drain and rinse all cans of beans and add to slow cooker.
Add the entire contents of the corn and tomato cans. Stir everything to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5. I think the longer you cook the soup, the better, so if you have the time, opt for cooking on low. Stir well, and serve with a handful of shredded cheese, a dollop of sour cream, or crushed tortilla chips.
