Sauté celery and onion in butter until tender. Add chicken or
turkey and chiles. In a separate bowl, mix together sour cream
and soup.
Spread a very thin layer of soup mixture a lightly greased 9x13
baking pan. Layer 1/2 the tortillas, chicken filling, soup mixture
and cheese. Repeat layers (saving larger half of soup and
cheese for the top layer).
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 mins. or until golden on top.
