     Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
3 large tomatoes, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1/4 bunch of cilantro (use more or less depending on your taste)
juice of half a lemon
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
2 jalapenos, diced (or more if you prefer hotter)
 

Instructions
Wash tomatoes and cilantro
Dice tomatoes, onions, chop cilantro and jalapenos.
Put ingredients in a bowl.
Add salt, garlic, the juice of half a lemon. Mix it up and serve.
