Instructions |

|
Cook the bacon, save the grease.
|
|
|
Boil a pot of salted water and blanch the sprouts for about 2 minutes.
Cool sprouts and then cut in half.
|
|
|
Saute spouts,and onion in bacon grease on high about 5-7 minutes, add bacon, drain off grease.
|
|
|
This can be served cold or hot.
|
