1 PKG. (3 OZ.) JELL-O PEACH GELATIN
3/4 C. BOILING WATER
1 C. (1/2 PT.) PEACH ICE CREAM
1 C. COLD MILK
1 PKG. (4 SERV. SIZE) JELL-O VANILLA INSTANT PUDDING AND PIE FILLING
1/2 C. THAWED BIRDS EYE COOL WHIP NON-DAIRY WHIPPED TOPPING
1 BAKED 8-INCH PIE SHELL, COOLED
 

Instructions
DISSOLVE GELATIN IN BOILING WATER. ADD ICE CREAM; STIR UNTIL MELTED. COMBINE MILK AND PUDDING MIX IN SMALL MIXER BOWL. BEAT AT LOW SPEED OF ELECTRIC MIXER FOR 2 MIN.. ADD GELATIN MIXTURE; WHIP UNTIL THICK AND FLUFFY. FOLD IN WHIPPED TOPPING; SPOON INTO PIE SHELL AND CHILL ABOUT 2 HOURS. GARNISH WITH ADDITIONAL WHIPPED TOPPING AND FRESH OR DRAINED THAWED FROZEN PEACHES AND RASPBERRIES, IF DESIRED.
