     Reuben Casserole

Ingredients
1 jar (16 oz) sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 1/4 C chopped corned beef (about 1 lb)
1 C sour cream
1 chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 C shredded swiss cheese
2 slices rye bread, cubed
2 T butter, melted
 

Instructions
In a bowl, combine the sauerkraut, corned beef, sour cream, onion and garlic. Transfer to a greased 11-7 baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bread; drizzle with butter. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
