     PISTACHIO CAKE

Ingredients
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
3/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1 c. 7-up
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Pistachio Instant Pudding
Frosting-
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Pistachio Instant Pudding
1 large Cool Whip
 

Instructions
Combine ingredients in order given and mix well. Pour into Pam sprayed 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Frosting- Combine pudding and Cool Whip. Spread on cake and sprinkle with 1 c. nuts and 1 c. coconut. (I do not put the nuts or coconut on the cake because we do not like coconut.)
