Combine ingredients in order given and mix well. Pour into Pam sprayed
13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Frosting-
Combine pudding and Cool Whip. Spread on cake and sprinkle with 1 c. nuts and 1 c. coconut. (I do not put the nuts or coconut on the cake because we do not like coconut.)
