2 boxes Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice- Prepare as directed
1 cube butter
1 chopped onion
2 grated carrots-Brown until onions and carrots are soft.
beat 1 C flour with 6 cups water until smooth. Add to butter mixture in pan. Add 2 C half and half, 3 chicken bouillon cubes (or 3 tsp bouillon paste), 5 C cooked chicken. Add cooked rice. Simmer for 10 minutes.
